Chilly powder - 6 Tsp
Onions - 2 No.s
Oil - 4 Tbsp
Salt - To taste
Method:
- Marinate the thinly sliced brinjal pieces with a paste of onions, chilly powder and salt. Keep it for 30 minutes.
- In a separate pan add the oil mentioned and make a shallow fry of the marinated brinjal. If deep fry is your interest, you may keep for more time.
- Garnish with onions or curry leaves , if necessary.
