- Mathi ( Chaala) - 5pieces
- Turmeric powder - 1Tsp
- Small Onions - 10no.s
- Red chilly - 6no.s
- Coriander powder - 3Tsp
- Ginger- Garlic paste - 2Tsp
- Vinegar - 6Tbsp
- Oil - 6 Tbsp
- Curry leaves - a few
- Salt - To taste
Method:
- Clean the fish well and marinate it well with paste made of turmeric powder, coriander powder,vinegar, small onions, vinegar, salt, ginger- garlic paste, salt and curry leaves.
- Keep it for minimum 30 minutes, so that the masala peeps in.
- Deep fry in oil. Garnish with big onions.
